Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles (pad thai or wide ribbon style)
- 1 cup unsweetened, plain soy milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or agave)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: green onions and sesame seeds
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and start cooking your noodles.
- In a small bowl, whisk your sauce ingredients until combined, then add them to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Toss your noodles in the sauce and cook just until the sauce sticks well to the noodles.
- You can optionally top the noodles with green onions and sesame seeds.
