Animal lovers’ Pizza  

Dough : 1cup warm water, 1 (0.25 ounce) active dry yeast packet, 1tsp white sugar,  mix and let sit for 10min, then add 2 1/2 cups bread flour and 1tsp salt, knead the dough and add 2 tbsp olive oil, the finish kneading and let rest for 5min

(170 calories, 5g protein)

Sausage : 1 cup gluten flour, 1tsp baking powder, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, fennel seeds, and chili flakes, slowly pour in 2/3 cup water while mixing to get small chunks of seitan, then break into ideal size, coat with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2tbsp olive oil, pan fry at high heat and then add a cup of water, break apart into preferred size and leave aside. (It’s supposed to be chewy now because it will dry up when cooked on the pizza)

Mozzarella : Buy Violife Mozzarella

Red sauce: Any brand you like

Cooking : Heat the oven to 450°F or 230°C and bake for 15-20 minutes and let cool for 5min before serving
