1:2 ration of polenta to water, boil until nice and creamy, add salt, Italians spices, nutritional yeast, and olive oil, let cool and put in Tupperware and press until compact, cover and let cool in the fridge, take out and cute into pieces, fry in olive oil and cover with salt
