Crispy Baked Tofu

Ingredients:

?oz extra firm tofu

?tbsp olive oil

?tbsp soy sauce

?tbsp corn starch

Instructions:

Tofu - Cut tofu into cubes, coat in soy sauce and olive oil, make sure not to break/crumble the tofu, then coat in corn starch, it’ll be battery

Cooking - Spread parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread out your tofu, then coat with a little extra olive oil, and put it in the oven at 425°F for ?min
