Cut extra firm tofu into cubes, coat in soy sauce and any type of oil, make sure not to break/crumble the tofu, then coat in corn starch, it’ll be battery, put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread out your tofu, then coat with a little extra oil, and put it in the oven at 425°F for 15
